2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. For example, 

Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Return Shipping

Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Shipping Carrier: You may use any shipping carrier of your choice, but we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 21 business days for the refund to be processed and 3 additional days for the credit to appear on your account.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned. These include:

Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

Custom or Personalized Items: Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.

Perishable Goods: Items such as food, flowers, and personal care products are not eligible for return.
